Warranty Coverage

All JOD Dubai jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s covered:

  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Loose settings or stones
  • Issues resulting from production

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or misuse
  • Tarnishing or fading due to exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals

After-Warranty Repairs

If your jewelry needs care beyond the warranty period, we offer a paid repair service including:

  • Re-polishing and cleaning
  • Re-plating
  • Stone setting and minor repairs
