Purchases are strictly for personal or gift use. Items may not be purchased for commercial resale. We reserve the right to limit quantities shipped to any individual or address.
ORDERS All products are subject to availability and acceptance of your order. JOD DUBAI reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

Failure to obtain payment authorization

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not an acceptance. Order acceptance is confirmed upon dispatch, at which point a second confirmation email will be sent. The sale contract is considered concluded in Dubai, UAE.
We retain the right to cancel or reverse a transaction at our discretion. We will notify you and issue a full refund if applicable.
DELIVERY We do not charge our clients for shipping and handling within the UAE. We normally send all merchandise using a reliable carrier. Depending on the country of delivery, please allow 5 to 7 calendar days for delivery once you have received the Dispatch Confirmation.
Please refer to your delivery confirmation email from our carrier for exact details and parcel tracking reference.
Please note that you might experience a delay on the delivery due to customs requirements in your home country and that the Products might be subject to local customs charges.
CANCELLATION If you change your mind before receiving your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@jod-dubai.com. We will use all reasonable efforts to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section for more information.
RETURN & REFUND We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in an unused state and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and tags in place.
Personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
WARRANTY All JOD Dubai jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper care.
PRICING AND CURRENCY Prices are listed in your local currency, exclusive of VAT, import duties, or other applicable charges. Delivery charges will be itemized at checkout.
If your credit/debit card is in a different currency, the final price will be calculated using the exchange rate at the time of transaction as set by your card issuer.
