Exchange & Refund Policy

At JOD Dubai, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you change your mind or your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund — simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Returns

  • You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

UAE returns are complimentary.
International returns may incur shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value.
  • If the new item is higher in value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Customized or engraved items are also non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
